Please read the following terms carefully and do not hesitate to contact us or read our FAQs if you have any questions. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to the terms and conditions below.
By using the site, you consent to all policies within the Services.
Ownership of the intellectual property rights belongs solely to Our Soul Sisters. Access to content and use of our services does not give you any rights to our intellectual property. You cannot use content from our Services without permission from its owner or legal authorization. We withhold the right to deny you access or use of any branding or logos used within our Services. Do not obscure, modify, or remove any legal notices shown in or along with our Services.
After joining our website, we may send you mail including but not limited to sale announcements, service announcements, administrative messages, updated product lists, and any other relevant information. You will always have the choice to opt out email subscriptions. We reserve the right to email you about urgent content we deem necessary for you to know about the Services.
Our Soul sisters reserves the right to revise these terms at any time. These changes will be made to better address:
Associates must demonstrate active participation, which can include booking and participating in vendor sales, sales code being used by customers, and so on. In accordance with our terms and conditions, Associates will have a maximum of six months of inactivity before Our Soul Sisters reserves the right to revoke membership. A reminder will be given one month before membership is revoked due to inactivity.
Canada Post is the primary delivery service for domestic and international shipments. UPS ground may use for US orders.
Free shipping in Canada is available for orders over $40 before tax and after any promotional offers.
Free shipping outside of Canada is available for orders over $100CAD before tax and after any promotional offers.
For small orders (orders under $40), we will charge a flat rate as follows:
Ontario: 7.99
Rest in Canada: 12.99
International: 23.99
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and any additional shipping and handling costs of exchanged goods will be at the expense of the customers. However, shipping and handling under Limited Guarantee may be fully refundable and/or exchangeable and any additional shipping and handling costs of exchanged goods will be at the expense of Our Soul Sisters. Limited Guarantee will be defined below.
Tracking information is available for all orders sent within Canada. Once the transaction is processed, we will provide an email separate from your order confirmation with a Canada Post tracking number so you can see where your package is at all times. Tracking information will be sent out within 1-3 business days after your purchase confirmation. If there are any questions or problems concerning the tracking information, please contact immediately.
*Gift boxes are offered for an additional $3.
Our Soul Sisters would be pleased to exchange or issue store credit for most items with proof of purchase within 14 days of purchasing. All products must be returned in their original purchase condition, with the original packing material, and include any other items or accessories provided by the manufacturer.
Shipping fees are non-refundable and any additional shipping and handling costs of exchanged goods will be at the expense of customers. However, shipping and handling Under Limited Guarantee may be fully refundable and/or exchangeable and any additional shipping and handling costs of exchanged goods will be at the expense of Our Soul Sisters.
For hygienic reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged or returned for a store credit:
Sale. All clearance sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.
Gifts. All Gift Certificates are final sale. No exchange nor refund.
Lost Parcels. Our Soul Sisters is not responsible for lost/missing insured parcels during the transportation. In case of such an event, you can email us, and we will submit the insurance claim for you. We cannot give store credit to the customer's account until the insurance claim is successfully resolved and we receive a refund from the shipping company. Also, the shipping charge for the lost parcels is excluded from the insurance coverage, we will not be able to credit/refund the original shipping charge. Please note that the UPS/Canada Post shipment policy requires a 60-day waiting period before submitting an insurance claim.
IMPORTANT: Our Soul Sisters reserves the right to refuse any returns, or charge a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns. If a returned order has items missing, the order may be refused, or the value of the missing materials may be deducted from the total credit amount.
Limited Guarantee Against Defects
Our Soul Sisters’ 30-day limited guarantee is a special exchange policy for defective items that needs repair or replacement (at our sole discretion) of merchandise that has been confirmed to be defective by either the manufacturer or Our Soul Sisters within 30 days of purchase. A full refund or exchange may be given. Due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings, hair accessories, body jewelry, beauty products, and any other merchandise referred to as hygiene sensitive. Defective hygiene sensitive merchandise will be exchanged for the same item only according to Our Soul Sisters’ limited 30-day guarantee as described above. Terms and conditions may vary by product or manufacturer. We will assist customers whenever possible to provide 100% satisfaction guarantee with product manufacturers.
Return Qualification Form. Please fill this form out to obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. It will take approximately 2 business days before an RMA is issued to you.
We may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to a Service to, for example, reflect changes to our Services. You should look at the terms regularly. We’ll post notice of modifications to these terms on this page. If you do not agree to the modified terms for a Service, you should discontinue your use of that Service.
